Austin is not your typical employee, smoke shop or otherwise. He is INCREDIBLY patient and earnestly helpful. I came with my friend with special needs and Austin showed a spectacular level of patience and was just a gentleman in every regard. At other places you feel like the guy is rushing you or trying desperately to upsell you. On the other hand, Austin takes his time to make sure it is exactly what would provide you the most benefit at the best price. I'm shocked every time I leave hahaha. At my first visit, when I met him and he told me he wasn't the owner I was honestly surprised. I thought "then why does he care so much about making me happy?" ha!

This place is under new ownership! Have a lot of things in stock. I will definitely be coming here more often! Staff was very helpful and nice. Made it easy for me to find what I was looking for. I give this place 5 stars!!
